Are you experienced in retail sales and able to develop new markets?
Hamax is a leading producer of child bike seats and bike trailers. We have provided safe transportation of children for over 60 years. Soon we will also launch a dog trailer.
Founded in Norway, Hamax has expanded its business to over 40 countries. The customers today are a mix of distributors and large chains. In addition, we have our own sales teams in Norway, Sweden and Germany handling direct sales also to independent retailers. The success of Hamax is based on unique design, own production and innovation. Our products are sold by thousands of satisfied retailers, who trust in the quality and our product innovations.
The design team of Hamax is established the Netherlands and now we are eager to grow with new E-tail and Retail Accounts. Therefore, CRS Consultants is looking for a Country Sales Manager who will develop the sales nationwide and add new satisfied customers to Hamax client base.
What are you going to do?
As a Country Sales Manager of Hamax your first goal is to develop a strategic sales plan. With this plan you will execute a successful market approach in order to add new clients to our customer base. You know how to engage with independent retailers and national retail and e-tail accounts, so you need to be able to develop new business with various types of customers. You develop and control all the sales activities for our different articles and increase sales by the implementation and planning of customer-specific sales measures. An Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on all tasks, will be crucial to this position. It is beneficial if you already have a broad contact network within the bicycle retail business.
You set long- and short term goals and ensure that these are achieved through continuous monitoring and adjustment. Hamax will give you full support to be successful. As Sales Manager Netherlands you work in close alignment with the International Sales Director of Hamax.

- Fluent in Dutch and English
